Ogilvie Fleet won its most significant award to date by scooping Best Customer Service provider at last week’s Business Car awards.
Competing with companies from across the fleet industry Ogilvie Fleet was congratulated on both its fleet retention and contract win rates.
Martyn Collins, Business Car’s editor said: “Providing excellent customer service is the core business objective of Ogilvie Fleet. With a client retention rate of over 98.7% and a contract win rate of 57%, this approach is paying off with customers, as its current growth in fleet size is fed by referrals from existing clients,” he added.
Business Car admitted to the award being extremely hard-fought with Ogilvie’s submission recognised by the panel of independent judges as the standout in the category.
“Ogilvie Fleet’s managing director Gordon Stephen was over the moon with the award win.
