Ogilvie Fleet has launched its sales pathway programme, reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing talent from within as it approaches its 50th year as the UK’s leading independent leasing and fleet mobility provider.

With a focus on investment in people and long‑term succession planning, Ogilvie has appointed Eloise Keane and Jack Milne as Junior Business Development Managers; progression that reflect the organisation’s strategy to build future sales capability from the ground up. The new roles follow a similar move for Micheal Brennan last year who made the switch from customer service to sales, reinforcing Ogilvie’s commitment to developing talent.

Internal progression

The appointments follow a recent recruitment drive that will see both the customer service and sales teams grow in the coming months as Ogilvie continues its ambitious organic growth plans. Eloise and Jack will be the first recruits on Ogilvie’s newly launched sales pathway programme, giving sales-focussed colleagues an introduction to business development.

Eloise joined Ogilvie 5 years ago and has helped the MiSalarySacrifice scheme grow to over 2,000 vehicles through a seamless customer experience for both fleet managers and drivers. Jack has a decade of experience with Ogilvie and helped to establish the Driver Liaison Team that has helped thousands of drivers match vehicles to their exact needs.

These appointments form part of Ogilvie’s wider commitment to developing talent internally, emphasising a culture that is built on trust, innovation, and loyalty. This people first ethos has consistently earned Ogilvie its Best Company accreditation for six consecutive years alongside Investors in People status. With an average length of service of more than 10 years, Ogilvie’s investment in development and wellbeing continues to be a defining factor in its success.

Recognising potential

Eloise and Jack chaning roles demonstrate how this strategy is taking effect by recognising potential early and ensuring Ogilvie’s future growth is driven by people who understand the business, its customers, and its values.

Eloise Keane, Junior Business Development Manager, Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Salary sacrifice is such an exciting and growing area of the business. This new role gives me the chance to deepen my knowledge and play a bigger role in shaping how we support customers in this space. Ogilvie has created an environment where people are encouraged to push themselves and progress, and I’m proud to be taking this next step.”

Jack Milne, Junior Business Development Manager, Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Stepping into this role is a brilliant opportunity to build on everything I’ve learned at Ogilvie so far. Working in customer service and driver liaison has given me a real understanding of what matters to our clients, and I’m excited to bring that into a sales environment. Ogilvie has always backed people who want to grow, and I’m looking forward to developing my skills further and contributing to the team’s success.”

Ashley Crookes, Sales & Marketing Director, Ogilvie Fleet, said: “Eloise and Jack’s changing positions are a clear reflection of the talent we have within Ogilvie Fleet. Both have shown the drive, curiosity, and customer focus that sit at the heart of our sales strategy. As we continue to invest in developing our people, it’s fantastic to see colleagues progressing into roles where they can shape the future of our commercial growth.”
