Ogilvie Fleet has upgraded its domain servers, with some changes across our digital services. The new domain name will be ogilviefleet.co.uk and will be live across our systems shortly.

Our new email addresses are now in use, with the Ogilvie Fleet websites and digital products to migrate in the following weeks.

If you receive an email from an Ogilvie Fleet colleague, it will be from an @ogilviefleet.co.uk address.

This change is taking place to give us more flexibility and functionality for fleet stakeholders as well as supporting our continued investment in AI-driven services, security and technology. We use both ogilvie.co.uk and ogilvie-fleet.co.uk across the business, so now is a great time to bring them all under the same domain. 

What will be changing?

• All email addresses will change to the suffix:
  @ogilviefleet.co.uk but the existing email addresses will continue to work for 12 months after.
• The Ogilvie Fleet website will change to ogilviefleet.co.uk
• Some existing links – such as those using Microsoft Forms – will be updated and sent to you ahead of the domain change.
• Invoices and notifications will also be sent from the new addresses.

What do I need to do?

• Update your Ogilvie contacts with the new email address and add them to your safe senders list where applicable.
• Update any bookmarks with our new URL’s – although they will automatically redirect to the new one.
• Please inform anyone else who may need this information, such as finance or purchasing departments.

Please continue to be vigilant for any malicious communications and contact your own IT services if you have any doubts about the legitimacy of any incoming email.

Our login page will have updated links to all our commonly used services.
