Having previously won the award in 2023, a number of new innovations in the last 12 months helped Ogilvie reclaim the crown in 2025.
On winning the award, the Fleet World independent judges commented:
“Ogilvie Fleet’s already exemplary commitment to customer service has been further reinforced in the last year through some outstanding key initiatives.
New developments include its Driver Liaison Team (DLT); its BeSupported Scheme, in partnership with AXA, and ‘Team Ogilvie’ training initiatives.
The company’s persistent focus on customer service is yielding exceptional results, from soaring customer retention and growth rates to high levels of satisfaction in customer feedback.
The event was held at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes, where manufacturers and suppliers to the fleet industry are rewarded for another year of excellence. The Fleet Manager award categories also honour some of the individuals managing their vehicle fleets, including Ogilvie Fleet customer Chris Sayers.
Chris, Director of Property and Assets at Bell Group, won the Fleet Initiative Superstar award. Having overhauled its fleet with the help of its inhouse data team and a brand-new reporting system, Bell Group have also reduced insurance claims by 50% with the use of innovation including AI technology. Congratulations to Chris and his team.
The event was preceded by the annual Great British Fleet Event, which brings together the great and the good of the fleet industry for a packed day of seminars, networking and exhibitions.
