Ogilvie Fleet, the UK’s leading independent leasing company was crowned the winner of Innovation in Customer Service at the 2023 Great British Fleet Awards in Milton Keynes.
Ogilvie was commended for the efficiency gains that its customers enjoy through its leasing proposition, its innovative approach to mobility solutions for modern fleets, and its proprietary technology ranging from its Happy Drivers App through to its EV database which benefit its customers and the wider fleet industry.
In particular, Ogilvie’s Lead Time Generator was praised for its ability to minimise frustrations caused by long and unpredictable lead times. By using rolling analytics to generate lead time forecasts to within two to three weeks, Ogilvie Fleet has removed both guess work and frustration from Fleet Managers looking to ensure mobility for their drivers in the year ahead.
The hotly contested category saw Ogilvie awarded the prize as an independent, family-owned business, against many larger and even multi-national leasing companies.
This award comes hot on the heals of a string of award wins in Q1 of 2023, where Ogilvie scooped a double win for its leasing and company car programmes at the Business Motoring and Business Van awards. It was also a finalist for the Leasing Company of the Year at the Fleet News Awards.
