FleetEye’s Customer Satisfaction Index latest scores have been released – with Ogilvie Fleet once again leading the way.
Our 93% score was the best in class and is scored via FleetEye’s independent and anonymous customer surveys, which asks fleet managers to rate their suppliers out of 5 stars in 13 key areas including:
The surveys also produce a Net Promoter Score – the likelihood that a customer would recommend Ogilvie Fleet – and their likelihood to continue. Also best in class, our 95% score is significantly above the average of 87%.
