Our 93% score was the best in class and is scored via FleetEye’s independent and anonymous customer surveys, which asks fleet managers to rate their suppliers out of 5 stars in 13 key areas including:

• Ease of Communication – 4.8
• Vehicle Order / Delivery Process – 4.8
• Delivering against Promises – 4.7
• Value for Money – 4.7

The surveys also produce a Net Promoter Score – the likelihood that a customer would recommend Ogilvie Fleet – and their likelihood to continue. Also best in class, our 95% score is significantly above the average of 87%.
