Maintenance and Daily Rental teams:

• 24th December – 8:30am – 1pm
• 29th December – 10am – 4pm
• 30th December– 10am – 4pm
• 31st December – 10am – 4pm
• 2nd January – business as usual

Daily rental team information

Please note that some collections may not take place immediately after they off-hire and customers are advised to keep the vehicle safe and not drive after the rental period has ended.

Christmas off hires

Should you have any rentals which need off hiring before Christmas for collection, please notify us by Tuesday 23rd December at 10:00. Any off hires for collection requested after this point will remain on rent until Monday 29th December at 10:00. The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Monday 29th December at 10:00.

Vehicles can be returned to the rental depot during opening hours; vehicles left on forecourts whilst the depot is closed will remain on hire and the responsibility of the hirer until the depot re-opens. Please contact Ogilvie prior to confirm depot opening hours.

New Year off hires

Should you have rentals which need off-hiring before New Year for collection, please notify us by Monday 29th December at 11:00. Any off-hires requested after this point will remain on rent until Friday 2nd January at 08:30 (3rd in Scotland) and will incur rental charges for the additional days. The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Friday 2nd January at 10:00.
