At Ogilvie we believe in good customer service and transparency. For the last eight years we’ve teamed up ExpertEye to gather independent feedback on our performance across a number of different areas of our business. The survey is sent to thousands of Fleet Managers on behalf of 18 companies in the leasing industry. ExperteEye feedback how we perform and how we rank against our competitors.

Respondents are asked one question. "On a scale of 0-10 Would you recommend Ogilvie to a friend or colleague?"

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Our CSI score is based on multiple questions across the life of the contract covering vehicle order and delivery, right through to end of contract collection. Scores are on a scale of 0 to 5
