We're delighted to announce that we have won another award, this time it comes from FleetEye and is our fifth award in the last five years.

This year we have been recognised for our customer innovation, the award builds on our unprecedented quartet of customer service awards won in the last four years thus further underlining our leadership of the UK contract hire and leasing industry in putting our clients first. The award was presented to Ogilvie Fleet Sales and Marketing director Nick Hardy by Rick Yarrow, Experteye’s managing director, in recognition of its innovative approach to the measurement and deployment of customer satisfaction initiatives.

It’s official! Ogilvie Fleet leads the UK contract hire and leasing industry after becoming the first vehicle leasing and fleet management company to win a top industry customer service award four times in succession.

It’s official! Ogilvie Fleet is the number one contract hire and leasing company for providing the most technologically advanced and sophisticated online solutions to customers. BusinessCar Technology Awards are judged by an expert panel rewarding companies for the best use of technology to help business car fleets run their vehicles in a cleaner, less time consuming, safer and more efficient way. The 2013 Award was for the introduction of MiFleet Showroom 2, the successor to the original MiFleet Showroom, which secured a highly commended in ‘The Techies’ last year.

It’s official! Ogilvie Fleet provides the best customer service among Britain’s 50 largest contract hire and leasing companies that are collectively responsible for managing almost 1.3 million vehicles. On the 6th of November Ogilvie Fleet was revealed as the winner of this top award by FN50, an annual report on the UK’s top 50 contract hire and leasing companies published by leading industry publication Fleet News. This award is the latest in a string of successes for Ogilvie Fleet over the last 2 years, which we hope to continue.

The annual awards from trade publication Fleet News are known as the industry’s ‘Oscars’. The Best Customer Service Award recognises the most successful attempts to improve customer service from any fleet supplier. Ogilvie Fleet beat off some of the biggest names in the industry, not just the leasing sector, to win the title. The independent panel of judges commented: “Good old-fashioned customer service won this award for Ogilvie Fleet. The company focuses on relationship building and offering the personal touch to each and every one of its customers. Extensive testimonials included with the entry provided ample proof about this company’s outstanding customer service.”

Fleet decision-makers have voted fast-growing Ogilvie Fleet the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in 2012. It is the second year in succession that Ogilvie Fleet has won a Fleeteye CSI award having topped the category in 2011 which recognised service to fleet operators with 25 to 250 vehicles during 2010. The 2012 award was based on monthly results obtained throughout 2011 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey which is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK. 2011 FleetEye CSI Award for "Highest Customer Satisfaction Levels" *WINNER*

Fleet decision-makers have voted Ogilvie Fleet the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers running 25 to 250 vehicles. The company specialises in serving that very sector, although it also provides solutions to companies running fleets of all sizes. Recognition of Ogilvie Fleet’s industry-leading services came in the annual Fleeteye CSI survey, which is conducted by specialist international automotive research and consulting company Experteye. The 2011 Award is based on surveys of fleet chiefs in 2010 on a broad range of post-sale issues relating to a subscriber base of 16 top contract hire and leasing companies including: account management, invoicing, meeting promises, vehicle ordering and delivery and day to day support. Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye, said:
