Ogilvie Celebrates Diamond Jubilee

Ogilvie Group is 60 years old and the company has taken delivery of a uniquely liveried 40-strong fleet of Ford vans that also marks the diamond jubilee landmark of its business relationship with the ‘blue oval’.

Ogilvie Group started life as a construction company in Scotland. However, an on-going diversification strategy has seen the Stirling-headquartered company transformed into an organisation with a turnover of more than £200 million with six divisions, including Ogilvie Fleet.

Charity, it is said, begins at home and Ogilvie Group, parent company of multi award-winning vehicle leasing and fleet management company Ogilvie Fleet, has donated £1,000 to help a member of staff change lives by printing 3D hands for people in need.

Stephen Davies, a computer aided design operator in the Swansea office of Ogilvie Fleet sister surveying company, Ogilvie Geomatics, started a fundraising campaign to raise £1,000 to buy a 3D printer that would allow him to print hands for children with wrists but no fingers or elbows.
