It's been quite a year here at Ogilvie Fleet. Our highlight has to be winning all of the top 3 industry awards for Customer Service.
In January we began our search for our graduates, they are now fully trained and on the road. In February Ashley Crookes, our National Sales Manager, became our guinea pig in our trial of Winter Tyres which almost ended in disaster. Whilst March 2012 saw our first Customer Service Award thanks to the FleetEye survey.
In April 2012 we were delighted to win the 'Best Customer Service' award at the Fleet News Awards. July 2012 was the launch of our successful new Short Term Hire service when we teamed up with Nexus.
In October we launched our Unique Smartphone application to help drivers calculate their tax easily. Finally in November our claim to providing the best customer service in the industry was confirmed when we were awarded the FN50 Best Customer Service Award.
Yes it's been quite a year but we couldn't have achieved all this without the support of our customers, suppliers and of course our staff. Merry Christmas from all at Ogilvie Fleet.
