Request Overseas Travel

If you plan to travel abroad, you will require a Vehicle on Hire Certificate (VE103B) as proof that you are allowed to use your car abroad as in most cases Ogilvie holds the registration document. Please contact your Fleet Manager prior to completing this form as there will be a charge to your company for this service. Please also allow adequate time for processing your request as failure to provide the original VE103B document abroad may result in either a fine or the vehicle being impounded.
