Driver Licence Checking
A report unveiled by Road Safety Minister David Jamieson showed that there are around one million unlicensed drivers in the UK. That's around 3% of the drivers on the road uninsured. Imagine how many cars and vans you see each day.....and now remember that 3 in every 100 you see are driven uninsured.
Keeping track of your own drivers legal ability to drive is simple with our “Driver Licence Check” facility, which also assists with your duty of care responsibilities under the Road Traffic Act.

Fuel Cards
The Ogilvie Fleet fuel card is the perfect way take greater control of your fuel costs.
Our facility is supported by the UK-wide AllStar service and accepted by at least 12,500 fuel sites (around 95% of UK fuel stations).
Even with the smallest fleet, receipts tend to flood your desk making fuel expenditure virtually impossible to control. The Ogilvie Fleet fuel card can be linked to a specific vehicle or driver providing a large degree of control over your fuel spend. Large numbers of fuel receipts are replaced by one simple consolidated, invoice. Not only does this mean less administration but simplifies reclaiming VAT.
Accident Management
The Ogilvie Accident Management program operates seamlessly alongside our other services and is designed to reduce the cost of claims through saved time, reduced vehicle downtime, pre-negotiated supplier terms, engineering interventions and more effective uninsured loss recovery.
It is also designed to show whether risk reduction initiatives are working by reducing claims frequency and to give clues as to how best to use risk management tools in the future.
Working with our partners RVM Fleet Services, we are pleased to be able to offer you a fixed cost accident management service that fully supports both you and your drivers. Your driver simply calls a freephone number after the incident whereupon we then take on responsibility for the entire process. We then work to provide care for the driver, get the driver and vehicle back on the road, control repair cost and ensure real quality repair workmanship.
